VARIABILNÍ DIVADELNÍ BUDOVA

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nové divadelní scény v Hradci Králové. Cílem je dát do rukou hradeckých divadelních souborů nové nástroje umožňující alternativní ztvárnění svých inscenací a zároveň je dostat k více lidem. Zároveň má umožňovat konání nejrůznějších kulturních akcí jako výstavy, bály, konference apod. Pro budovu byl vybrán dosud nevyužitý pozemek mezi centrem a sady, kterým prochází důležité pěší trasy, ale je v jinak špatném stavu. Stavba má ambici tento stav zlepšit a rozvinout potenciál místa. Netransparentní fasáda s minimem otvorů od sebe odděluje a chrání dva světy – ten skutečný od světa příběhů a fantazie.

The subject of the diploma is a design of a new theater in Hradec Králové. The plan is to give the theater groups of the city new opportunities for alternative interpretation of the plays and deliver them to more people at the same time. The building can also be used for other events such as exhibitions, balls, conferences etc. The space that was chosen for the building (located between the city centre and orchards) is now unused, except for a few pavements, and is in bad estate. This design intends to improve the potential of the location. The nontransparent facade with minimum of openings stands between two worlds, while protecting one from the other - the world of reality and the world of stories and fantasy.
