Možnosti a způsoby ochrany obyvatelstva před povodněmi v Praze

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany obyvatelstva před povodněmi v hl. m. Praze. Práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter, je využito literárních zdrojů a praktických zkušeností, které jsem získala téměř pětiletou praxí u Městské policie hl. m. Praha v přímém výkonu. V teoretické části se budeme zabývat ochranou před povodněmi, které jsou definovány jako činnost nebo opatření k minimalizaci ohrožení obyvatelstva před povodněmi. Bude zde definována odborná terminologie daného problému. Praktická část přinese přehled o opatřeních před a během povodní. Bude provedena komparace ochrany obyvatelstva před povodněmi v roce 2002 a v roce 2013. Výsledkem práce bude navržení možností rozšíření ochrany obyvatelstva před povodněmi.

The Bachelor's thesis is focused on problems of protecting the population from floods in the capital city of Prague. The thesis has a theoretical and empirical character, it uses literary sources and practical experiences that I acquired with nearly five years of experience at the Municipal Police of the capital city of Prague in direct service. In the theoretical part, we will deal with the flood protection, which is defined as an activity or measures to minimize the threat to population from floods. The technical terminology of the given problems will be defined here. The Practical part will provide an overview of the measures before and during the floods. A comparison of protecting the population from floods in 2002 and 2013 will be performed. A proposal of extension possibilities of protecting the population from floods will be the result of the thesis.
