Traumatologický plán a Ústřední vojenská nemocnice

Abstract

Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá traumatologickým plánem. V úvodu jsou vysvětlené a přiblížené základní pojmy týkající se traumatologického plánování, mimořádných událostí a urgentní medicíny. Následující část práce se věnuje organizaci krizového řízení ve zdravotnictví a samotnému traumatologickému plánování. Závěr teoretické části se týká traumatologického plánu a Ústřední vojenské nemocnice se zaměřením na Traumacentrum, jakožto prvotní místo hromadného příjmu zraněných. V praktické části je rozebrána operativní část traumatologického plánu ÚVN. Na základě cvičení aktivace traumatologického plánu, je provedena SWOT analýza, díky které jsem definovala silné, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Výsledky analýzy jsem v práci blíže rozebrala a navrhla možná doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení v této oblasti. V závěru práce jsem dále porovnala výsledky SWOT analýzy s obsahem operativní části traumatologického plánu ÚVN, abych zhodnotila, zda traumatologický plán odpovídá jeho funkčnosti. Pomocí tohoto porovnání, jsem poukázala na některé nedostatky, které je potřeba zlepšit.

Abstract This bachelor thesis is focused on traumatologic planning. The introduction explains and approximates the basic terms and concepts of traumatologic planning, emergency events and emergency medicine. The following section is dedicated to organising of crisis management in healthcare and to traumatologic planning itself. The conclusion to the theoretical part deals with a tramatologic plan and the Central Military Hospital, focusing on its Traumacentre as the primary site of mass intake of the injured. The practical section analyses the operative part of the Central Military Hospital's traumatologic plan. Based on a traumatic plan activation exercise, an SWOT analysis is performed, thanks to which I identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I analysed the results of the analysis in detail and suggested possible recommendations that could contribute to improvements in this area. In the final part of the thesis, I have compared the results of the SWOT analysis with the contents of the operative part of the Hospital's traumatologic plan to assess whether the traumatologic plan corresponds to its functionality. Using this comparison, I pointed out some shortcomings that need to be improved.
