Chřipka - výskyt a laboratorní diagnostika

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování výskytu viru chřipky u pacientů v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno za období 1. 1. 2018 - 31. 3. 2018. V teoretické části je popsaná historie chřipky a vysvětleny jsou pojmy epidemie a pandemie. Dále se práce zabývá charakteristikou virů obecně a popisu jednotlivých kmenů chřipky. Vysvětlena je struktura a replikace chřipkové viru, antigenní shift a drift. Popsán je průběh a klinický obraz chřipkového onemocnění. Práce se zaměří i na přenos, zdroj, výskyt a surveillance chřipky. Jsou uvedeny možnosti léčby, očkování a laboratorní diagnostiky. Popsána je metodika správného odběru, transportu, příjmu materiálu v mikrobiologické laboratoři a diagnostika chřipkového viru pomocí analyzátoru GeneXpert Dx. První část praktické části je věnována sledování výskytu akutních respiračních onemocnění (ARI), do kterých je zařazena i chřipka, ve vybraných městech Středočeského kraje za období od 1. 1. 2018 až do 31. 1. 2018. Data jsou roztříděna podle jednotlivých týdnů. Ve druhé části jsou statisticky zpracovaná data z Klinické laboratoře, úsek mikrobiologie v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno. Podle výsledků za sledované období jsou data rozřazena podle množství zpracovaného materiálu, počtu pozitivních výsledků a dle jednotlivých kmenů.

Bachelor Thesis focuses on monitoring the occurance of pacients infected by Influenza virus in Regional hospital in Kladno for the period 1. 1. 2018 - 31. 3. 2018. In theoretical part, there is described the history of Influenza and are explained terms epidemic and pandemic. Furthermore the thesis deals with characteristic of viruses in general and description of single Influenza types. The structure and replication of Influenza virus, antigenic shift and drift are explained. The Influenza disease process and clinical picture are described. The thesis focuses on transfer, source, occurance and surveillance of Influenza as well. The possibilities of cure, vaccination and laboratory diagnosis are mentioned. The methodology of the right blood collection, its transport, intake of material in microbiological laboratory and diagnostic of Influenza virus through the use of analyzer GeneXpert Dx is described. The first part of the practical thesis is targeted on monitoring the occurance of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) where into the Influenza is enlisted, in selected cities of The Central Bohemian Region for the period 1. 1. 2018 - 31. 1. 2018. The data are sorted by single weeks. In the second part, there are statistically processed data from the Clinical laboratory, ward mikrobiology in the Regional hospital in Kladno. According to results from the monitored period the data are sorted by the number of processed material, number of positive results and by single types.
