Analýza ohrožení České republiky terorismem

Abstract

Práce se věnuje analýze rizika vzniku teroristického útoku na území České republiky. Obsahuje vymezení pojmů, které se týkají terorismu. Jsou zde popsány teroristické organizace, které v současnosti působí nebo působily na území Evropské unie nebo Spojených států amerických a z toho důvodu jsou potencionální hrozbou pro Českou republiku vzhledem k jejímu členství v mezinárodních organizacích. Popisuje současný stav, co se týče aktivity teroristických skupin. Vzhledem k členství České republiky v mezinárodních organizacích, práce zmiňuje uskutečněné teroristické útoky mimo území České republiky, a to zejména na území Evropské unie. Zabývá se také migrační krizí z pohledu ohrožení České republiky terorismem. Obsahuje SWOT analýzu, která stanoví míru nebezpečí vzniku teroristického útoku na území České republiky. Výstup této analýzy je diskutován a následně doporučuje možná opatření k minimalizaci rizika terorismu na území České republiky.

The thesis deals with analysis of the risk of a terrorist attack on the territory of the Czech Republic. It contains definitions of terms relating to terrorism. Terrorist organizations that currently operate or have operated in the territory of the European Union or the United States of America and are therefore a potential threat to the Czech Republic due to its membership in international organizations are described. The current activities of the terrorist groups are outlined. Due to the membership of the Czech Republic in international organizations, this paper details terrorist attacks carried out outside the territory of the Czech Republic, particularly in the territory of the European Union. It also deals with the migration crisis from the perspective of the terrorist threats to the Czech Republic. The thesis contains a SWOT analysis that determines the level of risk of a terrorist attack on the territory of the Czech Republic. The outcome of this analysis is discussed, and possible recommendations are made to minimize the risk of terrorism in the Czech Republic.
