Litoměřice - Rybáře

Abstract

Řešené území se nachází v jižní části města Litoměřice. Lokalita zvaná Rybáře leží mezi Písečným a Střeleckým ostrovem, je v těsném kontaktu s řekou Labe a na severní straně ji uzavírá val železniční trati. Největším problémem území se stává jeho hlavní přednost a tou je řeka Labe. Vodní tok ohrožuje Rýbáře záplavami, proti kterým chrání intravilán města val železniční trati a zároveň tvoří bariéru mezi lokalitou a historickým jádrem města. V současné době se v území nachází několik menších domů s obytnou funkcí a skladovací objekty. Velkou část plochy zabírá areál v majetku Armády České republiky, o kterém vedení města v současné době jedná a chtělo by ho získat pod vlastní správu. V projektu je celé území zpřístupněno veřejnosti, propojuje zeleň dvou parků na sousedních ostrovech, revitalizuje současné Lodní náměstí a podtrhuje prvek vody s funkcí dopravní i rekreační. Diplomová práce obsahuje koncepci prostorového i funkčního uspořádání celého území lokality Rybáře. Architektonická část diplomové práce se zabývá návrhem polyfunkčního domu, který tvoří novou severní hranu Lodního náměstí. V před-diplomním projektu, v rámci výměnného studijní programu Erasmus+, jsem se zabývala ostrovem Adata, který leží na řece Maritza ve městě Plovdiv. Jednalo se o návrh funkční i prostorové koncepce a spojení ostrova s městem. V tomto projektu v přeneseném významu pokračuji v rámci své diplomové práce. Společné téma: voda a město.

The assigned territory is located in the southern part of Litoměřice. A locality called Rybáře lies between Písečný and Střelecký island, in the close contact with the river Elbe/Labe and on the north side is closed by a railway line. The river Elbe/Labe is at the same time the biggest advantage of the area as well as the main problem. Due to the watercourse, Rybáře are threatened by flooding. Railway protects the inner part of the city and works also as a barrier between the locality and the historical city center. Currently, in the area there are several smaller buildings with residential use and storage buildings. Wide part of the area is occupied by premises owned by the Czech Army, which the city council is currently in negotiations about and would like to get it under its own administration. The project opens the whole locality to the public, links two parks in the neighboring islands, revitalizes Lodní square and emphasizes the element of water with both transport and recreational functions. The thesis contains the concept of spatial and functional layout of the entire area of Rybáře. Architectural part of the thesis describes the design of a multifunctional building, which forms the new northern edge of Lodní square as well as a parterre of the square itself. In pre-thesis project, made as a part of an exchange program Erasmus +, I have dealt with Adata island, which lies on the river Maritza in Plovdiv. It was a draft of functional and spatial concept and a connection of the island with the city. In a metaphorical sense, I continue with this project in my Thesis - common theme: Water and the City
