Analýza vlivu stáří cementu na vybrané vlastnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vlastnosti cementu jako pojiva do betonu, zejména vliv stáří na vybrané parametry. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a experimentální část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o cementu, jeho klasifikaci dle normy, výrobě a metodách zkoušení vlastností. Experimentální část je věnována nestandardním zkouškám cementu, (zkouška konzistence a obsahu vzduchu v čerstvé maltě tlakovou metodou) a zhodnocení jejich možného použití pro určování jakosti cementu. Výsledky standardního rozboru vlastností cementu ke kontrole jakosti z cementárny jsou vyhodnoceny a uvedeny společně s výsledky nestandardních zkoušek.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the properties of cement as a binder in concrete, especially the effect of age on the selected parameters. The work is divided to the theoretical part and the experimental part. The theoretical part contains basic information about the cement, the European standards about cement, cement production and methodology for testing the properties. The experimental part is dedicated to unusual testing the properties of cement (determination of consistence of fresh mortar, determination of air content of fresh mortar) and evaluation of the possibility of their use in determining the quality of cement. Results of standard analysis of the properties of cement for control the cement quality obtained from cement factory are evaluated and listed together with the results of unusual testing the properties of cement.
