Abstract

Rodinný dům HANSPAULKA Obsahem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v ulici Šárecká v městské části Praha 6 - Dejvice. Dům se nachází na svažitém pozemku s vellkou zahradní plochou. Objekt je na klidném místě s nádherným vyhledem na Prahu a na Pražský hrad, ktery dominantně vyčnívá z liniového jihovýchodního panorámatu. Důraz je kladen I na řešení celeho pozemku na kterém se object nachází. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit rodinný dům, který bude reagovat na své okolí a širší vztahy. Důraz mého návrhu byl kladen na jednoduchou hmotu, která navenek nijak neupozorňuje na svou existenci a zapadá do okolní zastavěnosti kubických tvarů a kde uvnitř rodinného domu se nachazí komfotní navržení místností pro všechny členy rodiny s místem kde rodina může využívat luxusního zázemí a relaxovat. V mém návrhu byl rodinný dům navrhován pro čtyřčlenou rodinu kde je manželský pár a dvě děti.

Detached house HANSPAULKA The aim of this thesis is to design a house on the street Šárecká in Prague 6 - Dejvice. The house is located on generally sloping land and includes a large garden area. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views overlooking Prague and Prague Castle, which dominates the southeast portion of the city skyline. Emphasis for this design is placed on utilizing all the land on which the building is located. The aim was to create a house that responds to its' surroundings and the community at large. The emphasis of my proposal was a matter of simplicity and modesty. The design of this building does not outwardly ignore the architectural designs of the surrounding buildings and fits nicely into the style of the other neighborhood buildings utilizing cubic shapes for their design. The inside the house focuses on comfort; designing rooms in which all family members can find a place where they can use the luxurious facilities and relax. The design was intended for a family of four people; a married couple and two children.
