Technologicko-ekonomické posouzení variant zateplení bytového domu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi snížení energetické náročnosti objektu s důrazem na splnění aktuálních legislativních požadavků. Především se pak blíže zaměřuje na různé možnosti zateplení obálky budovy a posuzuje je z technického a ekonomického hlediska. V práci je shrnuta současná legislativa související se snižováním energetické náročnosti budov a jsou zde také uvedeny možnosti čerpání dotací, které podporují opatření vedoucí k úsporám energie v budovách. Tyto poznatky jsou následně aplikovány na konkrétním objektu - bytovém domu. Cílem je navrhnout zateplovací systém se zaměřením na volbu optimální tloušťky tepelné izolace vzhledem k návratnosti investice do zateplení a určit ekonomicky a technologicky nejvýhodnější variantu.

This thesis deals with the possibilities of reducing the energy intensity of the object with focus to fulfill current legislative requirements. It especially focuses on the various options for thermal insulation of the building envelope and judges the technical and economic point of view. The thesis summarizes the current legislation related to reducing the energy demands of buildings and there are also mentioned possibilities for using grants that support actions, which lead to energy savings in buildings. These knowledges are served as applied to a particular object - an apartment house. The proposal focuses especially on the issue of choosing the thermal insulation appropriate thickness. The goal is to design a insulation system, to determine economically and technologically the best option and calculate the return on investment.
