Ekonomické vyhodnocení variant plánované přeložky silnice II/154 Třeboň

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá plánovanou přeložkou silnice II/154 Třeboň v Jihočeském Kraji. Nejprve práce představuje veřejné zakázky. Dále práce představuje úskalí výstavby v Chráněných krajinných oblastech a popisuje lokalitu ve které je daný projekt umístěn, což je CHKO Třeboňsko. Popis projektu je na základě studie proveditelnosti projektu "Přeložka silnice II/154 Třeboň". Dále byly překalkulovány ceny mostů, obsahující tento projekt, pomocí specializovaného programu pro odhad cen mostů. Závěrem bylo provedeno ekonomické porovnání pomocí multikriteriálního vyhodnocení a byla nalezena nejefektivnější varianta.

This bachelor thesis focuses on assessment of planned relocation of the road II/154 Třeboň in Southern Bohemia. First of all, the thesis introduces the procedure of public procurement. Further, the thesis introduces the problems of building industry in Protected Landscape Areas and describes the location of the project?s future site, which actually is in the Protected Landscape Area Třeboňsko in its whole length as well. The description of the construction project is based on the project?s feasibility study ?The relocation of the road II/154 Třeboň?. Furthermore, the prices of bridges involved in the project were recalculated using the specialized software for bridges? price estimation. In conclusion, based on multi-criterial assessment and economical comparison, the most effective variant was identified.
