Abstract

ANOTACE Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro minimálně čtyř člennou rodinu ve vesnici Boleboř v Ústeckém kraji. Pozemek se nachází v podhorské oblasti se svažitým terénem na severní části louky za vesnicí. Tato část louky byla rozdělena na jednotlivé parcely. Moje parcela je umístěna nejblíže ke stávající komunikaci, která ohraničuje pozemek ze západu. Z jihu a severu ho ohraničují nově navržené komunikace. V přímém sousedství stojí pouze pár chatek. Architektonické a konstrukční řešení by mělo odpovídat kvalitnímu modernímu bydlení ve specifickém venkovském prostředí. Výsledná hmota vychází z konceptu, jehož hlavními myšlenkami bylo omezení zemních prací a zároveň dostatečné oslunění. Proto je podsklepena jen část objektu a podzemní podlaží je orientováno podél vrstevnic, a dvě nadzemní podlaží s obytnými místnostmi jsou otočena kvůli orientaci ke světovým stranám. Druhé a poslední nadzemní podlaží je podkrovní. Nad garáží na jihovýchodní straně objektu byla navržena terasa přístupná z obývacího pokoje. Užitná plocha domu je 342,37 m2. Hlavní hmota bude v bílé omítce, přízemí včetně garáže bude mít šedý kamenný obklad, který bude vytažen až na soklovou část nad úrovní terénu.

ANNOTATION The task of the bachelor thesis was designing a family house in Boleboř. The house is supposed to be for family with at least four members. The land is situated on a hill ground at foothill in the northern part of the meadow behind the village. This part of the meadow was divided into separate sites. My site is located closest to current road, which bound the land from east. From south and north the land is bounded by newly designed road. In direct neighbourhood there are only few cottages. The architectonic and constructional design should conform to high quality modern housing in specific country surrounding. The outcome mass is based on concept whose main ideas were restrictions of earthworks and at the same time sufficient insolations. That is the reason why the cellar is only under a part of the house. And the underground floor is oriented alongside the contour lines. The two over ground floors are turned due to orientation to point of the compass. Second and simultaneously last floor is attic. There is a terrace above the garage on the southeast side, which can be entered from the living room. Main material is going to be in white plastering, ground floor including garage is going to have grey stone lining, which will reach as far as the skirtboard part above the ground level.
