Rodinný dům

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je projekt rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v městské části Praha - Nebušice na severozápadě hlavního města. Zadané umístění je na parcele orientované severně s číslem 516 v ulici Hornofova. Návrh vychází z možností daného místa - doplňuje urbanistickou strukturu a reaguje na charakter stávající zástavby v ulici svým tvarem střechy. Půdorysný tvar písmene L otevírá prostor do zahrady a vytváří maximální spojení pobytového prostoru zahrady a obytné části domu. Koncept objektu je založen na materiálovém a konstrukčním rozdělení. Spodní část prvního nadzemního podlaží je zděná omítaná, která leží na části z těžkého částečně viditelného skeletu dřevostavby opláštěné cedrovými šindeli - ta v obytné části směrem do zahrady sestupuje do přízemí a v tomto místě se v interiéru otevírá průhled mezi patry.

The theme of my Bachelor thesis is a design of a house for a family of four in the district of Prague, Nebušice in the northwest of the capital. The specified location is on the plot orientated northwardswith number 516 in the Hornofova street. The design is based on the possibilities of the given site- it supplements the urban structure and responds to the character of the existing housing development in the street by having a particular shape of roof. The L- shaped ground plan opens space into the garden , making a maximally possible connection with the living space of the garden and the living space of the house. The concept of the building is based on a material- structural division . The lower part of the first floor is of plastered brickwork lying on a part of a heavy partially visible timber -construction skeleton cased with cedar tree shingles - this construction in the living part looking out on the garden goes down to the groundfloor , opening in this place of the interior the view among floors.
