Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou měření podlahových ploch bytových jednotek. Autor se zaobírá současnou legislativou, především vymezením pojmu "podlahová plocha". V druhé části práce se autor zaměřuje na měření podlahových ploch v konkrétním objektu. Jedná se o polyfunkční dům Kindergarten v Karlíně. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení měření.

This thesis deals with the measurement of floor areas of housing units. The author deals with the current legislation, mainly by defining the term "floor area". In the second part of the thesis, the author focuses on the measurement of floor surfaces in a particular building. This is a multifunctional Kindergarten house in Karlín. At the end of the work, the evaluation of the measurements is performed.
