Sanace vlhkosti - Konírna v Jílovém u Prahy

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh řešení sanace vlhkosti objektu bývalé konírny v Jílovém u Prahy. Byl proveden stavebně technický průzkum zaměřený na vlhkost. K prokázání výskytu zvýšené vlhkosti v konstrukci, byly použity dvě metody měření, a to kapacitní a gravimetrická. Proběhlo měření klimatu vnitřního prostředí. Byl také proveden chemismus a kultivace plísní. Na základě informací zjištěných při zpracovávání stavebně technického průzkumu a výsledků vlhkostního průzkumu byly navrženy a popsány tři možnosti sanačních úprav. V závěru práce byla provedena statická analýza klenebního pasu.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is designing the solution to moisture remediation in a building of a former stable in Jílové u Prahy. Structural and technical survey focused on moisture was done. Presence of increased humidity in the structure was confirmed by two measurement methods - capacitive and gravimetrical. The measurement of indoor climate was undertaken during the semester. A laboratory research of chemistry and cultivation of mildew was also investigated. Three possible options of moisture remediation were designed and described on base of the information from the survey. The static analysis of that vault is undertaken at the end of this thesis.
