| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá řešením vzduchotechniky v kuchyních, vypracováním návodu pro výpočet množství větracího vzduchu v kuchyních podle hygienických předpisů, VDI 2052, EN 16282, vč. dopadu nařízení komise (EU) č. 1253/2014 (Ekodesign 2016/18) na návrh jednotek pro větrání kuchyní. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje vypracování projektu vzduchotechniky v restauraci. K návrhu byly použity platné normy a předpisy. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract | The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the solution of air-conditioning in kitchens, elaboration of instructions for calculating the quantity of ventilation air in kitchens according to hygienic regulations, VDI 2052, EN 16282, incl. impact of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1253/2014 (Ekodesign 2016/18) on designing kitchen ventilation units. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the project of ventilation in the restaurant. Valid standards and regulations have been applied to the proposal. | eng |
