Hotel a kongresové centrum ŠKODA AUTO

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh hotelu a kongresového centra ŠKODA AUTO v Mladé Boleslavi. Projekt vychází z ideového urbanistického návrhu řešení využití území. Hotel a kongresové centrum leží na výhodné pozici. Nachází se uprostřed parku s vodní plochou, na spojnici městské radnice a pentagonu a také v blízkosti brány do areálu ŠKODA AUTO. Budova má organický tvar a směrem k areálu ŠKODA AUTO se otevírá na jižní stranu. Dynamický pohled ještě zdůrazňuje členitost fasády. Dominantou je logo ŠKODA AUTO plovoucí na vodní hladině v parteru otevřeného dvora. Vodní hladina slouží jako osvětovací prostor pro kongresový sál. Díky vrženému stínu je vidět logo ŠKODA AUTO i na podlaze zmiňovaného sálu.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the proposal of the hotel and the congress center ŠKODA AUTO in Mladá Boleslav. The project is based on an idealized urban design for the use of land use. The hotel and congress center are in a convenient position. It is located in the middle of a park with a water surface, on the junction of the city hall and the pentagon and also near the gate to ŠKODA AUTO. The building is organic and towards the ŠKODA AUTO area opens to the south side. The dynamic view still highlights the fragmentation of the facade. The dominant feature is the ŠKODA AUTO logo floating on the water surface in the ground floor of an open yard. The water level serves as a lighting space for the congress hall. Thanks to the shaded shadow, the ŠKODA AUTO logo can also be seen on the floor of the hall.
