Volnočasový areál Veleslavín

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování studie volnočasového centra v Praze 6 Dejvicích v části Veleslavín na pozemku přiléhající k ulici Nad Bořislavkou. Centrum je středem volnočasového areálu, které se rozkládá na spodní části bývalého Strnadova zahradnictví. Řešení má kultivovat a obnovit toto území a nabídnout lidem klidné a přátelské prostřední pro trávení volného času a relaxaci. Úkolem bylo vytvoření místa pro střetávání a sbližování obyvatel Veleslavína, ale i lidí z širokého okolí. Návrh je vedený tak, aby byl areál s centrem využitelný navzdory ročnímu období či počasí. Různé druhy prostorů venku, kryté pod střechou nebo umístěné ve vnitřním vytápěném prostředí zabezpečují širokou škálu využití. Koncept samotné budovy centra vychází z historie, okolní zástavby a ideové představy spojení komunity. Objekt je do kruhu s centrálním společenským prostorem uprostřed. Pozemek je svažitý a objekt je do něj zasazen tak, že se stavba snaží splynout s okolním klidným prostředím a hmotové řešení zabezpečuje plynulý pohyb lidí jak kolem budovy tak skrze ní. Areál s centrem volného času přináší nové řešení s důležitou funkcí a vnáší tak čerstvý vzduch na toto doposud odlehlé a zapomenuté místo.

The theme of my Thesis is processing a study of the leisure center in Prague 6 Dejvice in the Veleslavín area on the plot adjacent to Nad Bořislavkou street. The center is the center of the leisure complex, which is situated on the lower part of the former Strnad gardening. The solution should to cultivate and restore this territory and offer people a peaceful and friendly environment for spending their free time and relaxing. The task was to create a place for meeting up and getting closer of the population of Veleslavin, as well as people from a wide area. The design is conducted so that the center complex can be used in spite of the season or weather. Different types of outside spaces, covered under a roof or placed in an internal heated environment, provide a wide range of uses. The concept of the center building itself is based on the history, surrounding areas, and the idea of a community connection. The object is in a circle with a central social area in the middle. The land is sloping and the object is set in it so that the building tries to merge with the surrounding peaceful environment and the mass solution ensures the smooth movement of people both around the building and through it. The leisure center provides a new solution with an important function, bringing fresh air to this once-out and forgotten place.
