Budovy obecného úradu a občianskej vybavenosti v Tuchoměřicích

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom budov obecného úradu a občianskej vybavenosti v novom centre obce Tuchoměřice. Návrh dotvára obec v jej ťažisku a je súčasťou nového centrálneho spoločensko-kultúrneho priestoru - návsi, ktorá v Tuchoměřicích doposiaľ absentovala. Návrh pracuje s jednoduchými, čitateľnými a známymi formami vychádzajúcimi z tradičných vidieckych staveb, nesnaží do sídelnej štruktúry vnášať expresívny novotvar, ale poetickým prístupom doplniť priestor obce súčasnou architektúrou s citlivým hmotovým riešením. Návrh sa formuje pozorovaním a prispôsobením sa kontextu - koexistuje s obcou. Zároveň domy žijú súčasnými funkčními princípmi a štandardmi 21. storočia. Navrhnuté budovy občianskej vybavenosti svojim podieľom do obce vnášajú súčasný spoločenský pokrok, a ako výsledok použitia týchto zásad spoluutvárajú nové, identifikovateľné a fungujúce centrum obce. Návrh nadväzuje na preddiplomový projekt, ktorý je priložený v prvej časti portfólia a tvorí ho urbanistické riešenie, ktoré usmerňuje a reguluje riešené územie. Okrem občianskej vybavebnosti obce urbanistická štúdia definuje aj polyfunkčné objekty, určené na výstavbu a prevádzku súkromným investorom a dôležitý verejný priestor, aký dnes obec postráda. Urbanisické riešenie napĺňa predpoklady, aby bol centrálny priestor pod kultúrnou dominantou kláštora živý, obľúbený a prístupný. Diplomová práca následne prehlbuje teoretickú, architektonickú, stavebnú a technickú stránku riešených objektov občianskej vybavenosti.

The diploma thesis deals with buildings of municipal office and civic amenities in new centre of Tuchoměřice. Proposal is the part of new socio-cultural public space - village square, that was absenting so far. The design is made by simple, legible and familiar forms based on traditional rural buildings. It does not introduce expressive elements into existing urban structure. However it fills up the core of the village with contemporary architecture with sensitive and humble archetypal look by poetic design approach. Formed by observation and adaptation with context - it coexists with the village. Nevertheless the houses make use of typology and standards of the 21st century. The project enrichs the village with the current social progress and values. Result of aplication of mentioned principles creates identifiable and functional village centre. The design builds on the pre-diploma project attached in first part of the portfolio. It is made by urban design which regulates processed area in central part of Tuchoměřice. Beside civic amenities the urban layout defines also polyfunctional buildings designated for development and activity of private investor and important public space, which the village lacks. Urban design fulfills the assumption that the village square under the cultural dominant of the former monastery will be accesible, popular and frequently visited by the community. The diploma thesis then deepens the theoretical, architectural, structural and technical part of the processed civic amenities buildings.
