Rodinný dům Praha 5 - Dívčí hrady

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Dívčích hradech na Praze 5 v Radlicích. Důraz byl kladen na kontakt stavby s okolní přírodou ve svažitém terénu a také na oddělení společenské a soukromé části domu. Hmotové řešení je ovlivněno svažitým terénem a orientací ke světovým stranám. Navržený dům má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží, které je z velké části pod terénem a je vidět jen ze spodní části pozemku. Významnými prvky jsou velké prosklené plochy přes celou světlou výšku podlaží, průhledy přes celý dům v prvním i druhém podlaží a vysunutí druhého podlaží směrem k jižní straně, které také slouží jako krytí terasy.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to design a detached house for a four-member family at Dívčí hrady in Prague 5, Radlice. The main emphasis was laid on the contact of the building with its surrounding landscape consisting mostly of sloping terrain, as well as on the strict separation of the private and common part of the house. The mass solution is influenced by both the sloping terrain and the world side orientation. The designed building has got two above-ground floors and one underground floor, which lies mostly under the terrain and is only visible from the lower part of the parcel. The dominant elements represent huge glass-walled areas across the entire floor height, views over the whole house in the first and in the second floor as well as the overhang of the second floor towards the southern side which also serves as a cover for the terrace.
