Rodinný dům Praha 5 - Dívčí hrady

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze, v oblasti rodinných domů v severním svahu s výhledem na Prahu. Výhled je jedním z nejdůležitějších potenciálů pozemku, naopak severní orientace svahu se může zdát nevýhodou. Vybraný pozemek je rohový a ohraničují ho dvě silniční komunikace. Pod pozemkem také vede železniční trať a nedaleko se nachází stanice metra. Kromě rodinných domů je nedaleko také oblast bytových domů a místní hřbitov. V protějším svahu je velká plocha vzrostlé zeleně, která tvoří v letním období velmi příjemné přírodní prostředí. Samotný návrh rodinného domu ve formě dvou hmot vychází z reliéfu současného terénu, využití vytěžené zeminy k podsypu horní hmoty a odskoku hmot kopírujících úhel svahu. Odskočení hmot umožňuje využití střechy spodního objektu jako terasy s výhledem na Prahu a lesnatý svah. Zahrada je orientována na jih. Svažitost terénu byla využita i u přístupů. Hlavní vstup do objektu v horní hmotě je ze západu v úrovni terénu a vjezd do garáže ze severu do spodní hmoty též z úrovně terénu. Koncept domu je řešen v jednoduchých moderních liniích s vyříznutými částmi, které slouží jako terasy.

The aim of bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in Prague, in the area of family houses in the north slope with views of the city. The view is one of the most important potentials of the land, on the other side, the north facing slope may seem a disadvantage. The selected plot is corner and bound with two roads. Under the plot there the rail track also leads and is located near the metro station. In addition to the family houses there is nearby the area of the residential houses and the local cemetery. In the opposite slope there is a large area of greenery, which forms the very pleasant summer natural environment. The actual design of the family house in the form of two fuel comes out of the relief of the current field, the use of excavated soil for sub-base of the upper mass and rebound materials replicating the angle of the slope.Bounce around fuel allows the use of the roof of the lower building as a terrace with views of Prague and the forest slope. The garden is oriented to the south. The slope gradient of the terrain was used in approaches. . The main entrance to the building in the top mass is from the west in the level of terrain and the entrance to the garage from the north to the lower mass also from ground level. The concept of the house is solved in simple modern lines with cut-out portions, which serve as terraces.
