Autorita učitele a možnosti jejího rozvíjení

Abstract

Daná bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pojmu autorita učitele a charakterizuje specifiku au-tority učitele s ohledem na středoškolské studenty. Autorita učitele je významnou součásti jeho sociální kompetence. Práce je teoreticko-metodického charakteru, je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a souvislosti mezi autoritou učitele, výchovou a kázní. V praktické části je prezentován model autority učitele-technika.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the concept of authority and characterizes the specificity of the teacher's authority with regard to secondary school students. Teacher's aut-hority is an important part of social competence. The work has theoretical-methodical charac-ter, it is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and connecti-ons between the authority of the teacher, the education, the discipline. In the practical part the model of teacher's authority is presented.
