Modifikace převodového hřídele z předmětu KC

Abstract

Cílem této práce je modifikace převodového hřídele. Jedná se zejména o zlepšení únavových vlastností, kterých je docíleno různými konstrukčními úpravami. Úvodní částí práce je rešerše únavových výpočtů, různých přístupů ke stanovení důležitých součinitelů a hodnot. Následuje volba hřídele, která byla navržena v předcházejícím předmětu Konstrukční cvičení. Analýzou silového namáhání součásti byla nalezena místa únavově citlivá a následným únavovým výpočtem bylo stanoveno, ve kterých oblastech je mez únavy nejnižší. Poslední částí práce je optimalizace hřídele. Ta je realizována změnou geometrie součásti, výběrem vhodnějších technologických a dokončovacích procesů i změnou konstrukčního návrhu spojení hřídele s ozubeným kolem.

The purpose of this thesis is a modification of a gearbox shaft. It mainly discusses an improvement of fatigue attributes, which were achvieved with different design changes. The introduction of the thesis is a research of fatigue calculations, various attitudes to important coefficients and values determination. There is a shaft selection in the next part, which was designed in previous course. Weak areas of the shaft was found with the analysis of force effects and fatigue calculation emphasized, which areas has the lowest value of the fatigue limit. The last part of the task is a modification of the shaft. It is implemented as geometry changes of the part, more appropriate technology and finishing methods and also a variation of desing concept of the shaft and gear connection.
