Porovnání směrných a tržních cen vybraných stavebních prací

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je porovnání směrných cen daných katalogem ÚRS Praha a.s. a tržních cen reálných dodavatelských firem ve dvou kategoriích oblasti pomocné stavební výroby (PSV). První teoretická část se zabývá seznámením se základními informacemi souvisejícími s předmětem práce v oboru oceňování a příprava staveb. V praktické části je řešeno porovnání cen prací u sádrokartonových konstrukcí a montáž podlah z dlaždic a obkladů. Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocení procentuální odchylky směrných a tržních cen, návrh možných úprav cen dle reálných nákladů a doporučení tvorby nabídkových cen.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on comparing standarded prices from the Czech cataloque written by ÚRS Prague a.s. and real market prices from the contractors in two categories of the Accessory Building Production. In a theoretical part there are summarized basic knowledge of the building pricing and construction preparation. In a practical part the gypsum stucture works and tile floor works are compared. The conclusion of the work is percentage of the deviation between standarded and real market prices and new proposal of the prices which would fit the most for described speciffic types of works.
