Revitalizace Pražské tržnice

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je ukázat jedno z možných řešení revitalizace areálu Pražské tržnice, která se nachází v Praze 7. Řešené území má do budoucnosti velký potenciál stát se významným obchodním centrem s velkým množstvím funkcí. Pomocí nového přemostění by byly spojeny dvě městské části, Praha 7 a Praha 8. V předdiplomní části projektu je zpracováno širší území a návaznost na areál, který se přizpůsobuje okolí. Areál je pod ochranou památkové péče, proto je k návrhu přistupováno velmi šetrně. Je kladen důraz na zeleň v areálu, lidskou aktivitu ve všech podobách a vložení vhodné funkce do stávajících i nových staveb. V diplomové části je vybrána část území, která je řešena podrobněji- rozkreslení dispozice, volba vhodného materiálu, až po samotný venkovní mobiliář.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to show one of the possible solutions to the revitalization of the Pražská tržnice area located in Prague 7. The territory has a potential to become an important commercial center with many different functions in the future. The new bridge would connect two city districts, Prague 7 and Prague 8. In the pre-diploma part of the project, a wider area and continuity in the territory is being developed, the area adapts to its surroundings. The area is under the monument protection, and therefore the approach taken in the concept is gentle and the area is adapted to its surrounding. Emphasis is placed on the green vegetation of the site, the human activity in all its forms, and a suitable function is inserted in the existing and new buildings. In the diploma part there is selected a part of the territory which is dealt with in more detail- detailed disposition, selection of suitable material up to the urban furniture.
