Podnikatelský plán pro projekční společnost

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu určeného do rukou vlastníků společnosti. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé náležitosti, specifika a doporučení na tvorbu a obsah interních plánů. Praktická část se věnuje samotnému sestavení plánu. V jeho první části je specifikováno české podnikatelské prostředí vůči britskému, ze kterého pochází mateřská společnost. Z analýz jsou vyvozeny současné trendy, specifika českého trhu, příležitosti a rizika. Další části plánu se pak orientují na popsání jednotlivých náležitostí v prostředí organizace. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit strukturovaný dokument pro vedení společnosti, který bude utřiďovat současné myšlenky a strategické záměry. Pro mapování podnikatelského prostředí byly využity analytické metody PESTLE, Porterova analýza pěti sil, metody pro stanovení nákladů vlastního kapitálu a určení tvorby hodnoty. Výsledkem práce je podnikatelský plán předložený vedení podniku.

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan intended for the owners of the company. The theoretical part describes individual requirements, specifics and recommendations for the creation and content of internal plans. The practical part deals with the preparation of the plan itself. First part is specifying the Czech business environment to the British, which the parent company comes from. The analyses draw on the specificities of the Czech market, current trends for the sector, occasions and risks. The next parts of the plan focus on describing the individual requirements in an organization environment. The aim of the thesis was to create a structured document for the company's leadership, which will verify the current ideas and strategic goals. PESTLE analytical methods, Porter's analysis of five forces were used to map the business environment, methods for determining the cost of equity and method of value creation were used in the financial planning. The result of the work is the business plan presented to the company management.
