Využití principů Montessori při rozvoji a vzdělávání zaměstnanců

Abstract

Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh aplikace Montessori principů pro rozvoj a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmách. Očekávaným přínosem práce bude obohacení metod rozvoje zaměstnanců v konkrétní firmě. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní principy Montessori a užití těchto principů v zahraničních firmách. Výsledkem praktické části je teoretický model, jenž popisuje podmínky, které využívají principů Montessori i možností firmy. K tomuto jsou využity interní informace ohledně vzdělávání z HR oddělení podniku a rozbor názorů zaměstnanců pomocí dotazníku.

The aim of this work is to create an application scheme of Montessori principles for training and developing employees. The anticipated contribution of this work is to enrich the methods of developing employees. In the theoretical part there are introduced basic Montessori principles and the usage of these principles in foreign companies. The result of the practical part is a theoretical model that describes conditions which are using use the Montessori principles and abilities of the company. The intern information from HR department and analysis of opinion poll in this company via questionnaire was used to create this model.
