Analýza týmu a týmové spolupráce na pracovišti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu týmu a týmové spolupráce na konkrétním pracovišti. V rámci analýzy je záměrem zjistit strukturu týmu, a zda jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni s týmovou prací, vztahy a atmosférou na pracovišti. Na základě dotazníkových šetření budou zjištěná data vyhodnocena a předána firmě, která se bude moci zaměřit na větší efektivitu týmu. Teoretická část obsahuje pojetí týmu a týmové spolupráce, popis základních znaků týmu a vysvětluje strukturu týmu. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku organizace, samotnou analýzu týmu a týmové spolupráce, vyhodnocení výsledků a návrh na změnu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the team and the team cooperation at the specific workplace. The purpose of the analysis is to find out the structure of the team and also if the employees are satisfies with the team cooperation, the relations and the atmosphere at the workplace. The detected information from the questionnaire surveys will be evaluated and passed to the company that will be able to focus on greater team efficiency. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a concept of the team and the team cooperation, the description of the basic features and explains the structure of the team. The practical part of the thesis contains the characteristic of the organization, the analysis of the team cooperation, the appraisal of the results and change proposal.
