Disertační práce je souborem dílčích témat směřujících k určení a zvýšení přesnosti dat laserového skenování a k určení rozlišovací schopností jednotlivých systémů. The dissertation is a set of partial topics aimed at determining and increasing the accuracy of laser scanning data and determining the resolving capabilities of individual measuring systems. Two projects are devoted to a way of identifying resolving capabilities based on testing photographic lenses and testing on 3D images. One of the chapters is focused on the practical use of a terrestrial laser scanner in the field of geodetic monitoring with millimeter up to submillimeter accuracy. Procedures, principles of processing and possibilities of refinement of length measurements are proposed in this thesis. The largest part is dedicated to the comparison of the success and effectiveness of methods of noise reduction in laser scanning data, both by commercial methods and by methods published in the Department of Special Geodesy. Part of this area is also an assessment of the contribution of wavelet transform in the area of noise reduction in terrestrial laser scanning. The last chapter describes the rapidly evolving possibility of aerial photography using RPAS methods and subsequent calculation of image scanning and subsequent reduction of noise in the cloud thus obtained.
