Abstract

MRI 7 T je diagnostická metoda, která je vsoučasnosti ve stádiu klinického testování na lidech. Práce obsahuje přehled současného stavu problematiky ve světě i v České republice. Ve studiiproveditelnosti je představen návrh na realizaci projektu sodhadem předpokládaných investičních a provozních nákladů. Na základě analýzy trhu je sestavena marketingová strategie a marketingový mix. Dále jsou specifikovány potřebné profese pro fungování projektu. Práce analyzuje rizika spojená sprojektem a překládá citlivostní analýzu. Vzávěru je projekt zhodnocen vsouvislosti sjeho udržitelností a realizovatelností za současných podmínek.

MRI 7 T is a diagnostic method which is currently in a stage of clinical testing using human volunteers. The thesisprovides an overview of thecurrent state of this topicin the world and in the Czech Republic. The feasibility studydescribesthe proposed project with an estimate of the investment and operating costs. The marketing strategy and marketing mix were created based on the analysis of the market. In the thesis are specified professionswhich arerequired for the project. The thesis analyzes the risks associated with the project and submits thesensitivity analysis. At the end of thethesis is the projectassessed in relation to its sustainability and feasibility in thecurrent conditions.
