Diferenciální diagnostika akutně vzniklé dušnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzniku akutní dušnosti v dospělém adětském věku, správně vedenou diferenciální diagnostiku náhlé dušnosti a doporučené postupy léčby vpřednemocniční fázi. Práce s názvem "Diferenciální diagnostika akutně vzniklé dušnosti" zahrnuje nejčastější akutní stavy, ke kterým je často volána záchranná služba. Tato práce vytváří přehled nejčastějších akutních stavů dušnosti u dospělých i dětí, jejich vznik, příznaky aléčbu. Teoretická část seznamuje s diagnostikou a terapií nemocných sdušností, jejími možnými příčinami scílem poskytnout studujícím a obecně všem, kteří tuto práci budou číst, orientaci v oblasti přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Důraz je proto kladen napečlivý výběr faktů důležitých pro správné pochopení nutnosti provádění vysoce kvalitní diferenciální diagnostiky právě v podmínkách přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Vempirické části jsou vyhodnocena anonymní data, která byla získána ze záznamů ovýjezdu Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje. Tato poskytnutá data jsou zpracována do grafů scílem zjištění nejčastější věkové skupiny anejčastějších příčin upacientů, postižených dušností. Zkoumaný soubor tvoří pacienti/klienti s diagnózou dušnosti, kteří byli léčeni atransportováni Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou Středočeského kraje do zdravotnických zařízení vobdobí od 1. 1. 2011 ?31. 12. 2013.

The present bachelor's thesis focuses on the subject of the sudden onset of acute dyspnea in adults and children, the proper differential diagnosis of acute dyspnea and the use of recommended treatment in prehospital care. The thesis entitled "The Differential Diagnosis of Acute Dyspnea" concerns itself with acute dyspnea states, which often occasion the summoning of emergency medical services. The thesis gives an overview of the most frequent acute dyspnea states in adults and children, including their development, symptoms and treatment. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the diagnosis and therapy of patients with dyspnea. The thesis further deals with the potential causes of dyspnea with the aim of aiding students of medicine and the general reader to find their bearings in the area of acute prehospital care. Consequently, emphasis is placed on the careful choice of facts essential for the appropriate appreciation of the need to carry out first -rate differential diagnosis exactly under the circumstances of critical prehospital care. The empirical part of the thesis is concerned with the analysis of anonymous medical data, which have been obtained from records about attendances made by the Accident and Emergency Ambulance Service of the Central Bohemian Region. The provided data are organized using charts in order to visually pinpoint the most frequent age groups afflicted with dyspnea and its most common causes. The cases analysed consist of diagnoses of dyspnea made in the process of treatment of patients by the medical personnel of the Accident and Emergency Ambulance Service of the Central Bohemian Region during transport to medical facilities in 1.1.2011 ?31.12.2013.
