Porovnání informačních systému z hlediska managementu zdravotnických přístrojů

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navrhnout optimalní informační systém pro management zdravotnických přístrojů, který bude zahrnovat efektivní řízení, plánování a správu pro zdravotnické zařízení. Součástí diplomové práce je seznámení se s platnou a plánovanou legislativou EU a ČR, a tuto legislativu analyzovat s ohledem na management zdravotnických přístrojů. Dále budeme definovat management zdravotnických přístrojů. V další části diplomové práce budou porovnány IS ve vybraných nemocnicích v ČR, popíšeme jejich výhody a nevýhody s ohledem na legislativu a management zdravotnických prostředků. Na základěanalýzy současného stavu IS ve vybraných nemocnicích ČR vybereme nejvhodnější IS. V poslední části práce provedeme analýzu dat v daném IS a bude implementováno XML rozhraní pro online sdílení dat.

The objective of this work is to design optimal information management system for medical devices, which will include effective management, planning and management for medical devices. The diploma thesis is introduction to the valid legislation and the planned EU and the Czech Republic and analyze this legislation with regard to the management of medical devices. I will define the management of medical devices. In the next part of the diploma thesis we compare information system in selected hospitals in the Czech Republic, describing their advantages and disadvantages with regard to legislation and management of medical devices. Based on the analysis of the present state of informatic system in selected hospitals ČR select the most appropriate information system. In the final phase of diploma thesis I analyzes the data in the information system and implement XML interface for online data sharing.
