Porovnání léčby buňkami SVF s následnou rehabilitací a léčby buňkami SVF bez rehabilitačního programu u artrózy kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku autologního podání buněk stromální vaskulární frakce a vyhodnotit malý soubor pacientů ošetřených touto metodou s diagnózou artrózy kolenního kloubu. Teoretická část práce obsahuje poznatky o artróze, o anatomii kolenního kloubu, o anatomii kloubní chrupavky a o biomechanice kolenního kloubu. Dále se zabývá možnostmi diagnostiky artrózy a možnostmi léčby, buňkami SVF, postupem odběru vzorku, aplikací buněk a také prevencí artrózy. Metodika práce obsahuje charakteristiku zkoumaného vzorku, metodický postup práce a také jaký způsob byl použitý při zpracování získaných dat. Data byla získána vyhodnocením dotazníků, podle kterých se sleduje bezpečnost a efekt u pacientů ošetřených metodou SVF. Praktická část zahrnuje statisticky vyhodnoceny výsledky zpracování dat. Porovnáváme pacienty ošetřené buňkami stromální vaskulární frakce s následnou rehabilitací a pacienty ošetřené SVF bez rehabilitace. Každý postup léčby je vyhodnocený samostatně a následně srovnány výsledky. Zároveň porovnáme data všech pacientů bez ohledu, zda chodili na rehabilitaci nebo ne. Dále hodnotíme parametry, jako jsou věk nebo pohlaví pacienta. Zjišťujeme, zda se na léčebném plánu podílejí. V diskuzi se zabýváme výsledky práce, které mezi sebou srovnáváme.

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to give a better idea about issues concerning stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells application and to evaluate the outcome of using this method in a small group of patients with knee joint arthrosis. The theoretical part summarizes the factual knowledge on arthrosis, on knee joint anatomy and knee cartilage anatomy and on knee joint biomechanics. It also deals with possibilities of how to diagnose arthrosis, how to cure it with SVF cells, with the method of sampling, cells application and with prevention of arthrosis. The methodological part includes characteristics of examined sample, description of operating procedures and of ways how the data achieved were processed. Data were obtained from a questionnaire survey of the questionnaires, which is monitored by the safety and effect in patients treated by the SVF. In the practical part results of data processing are statistically evaluated. We compare patients with stromal vascular fraction cells treatment followed by rehabilitation and patients with SVF treatment without rehabilitation. Both treatments methods are evaluated separately, and then the results are compared. At the same time we compare data of all the patients, irrespective of the fact whether they underwent rehabilitation or not. We also take into consideration parameters such as age or sex of patients trying to find out if these have any effect on the therapy process. In the discussion we concentrate on the results and their comparison.
