Využití simulačních a trenažérových technologií při výcviku složek IZS

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je využitísimulačních a trenažérových technologií přivýcviku složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce je zaměřena napopis již vyvinutých a vpraxi užívaných výcvikových simulátorů, jednotlivých typů simulace, jejich funkcia uplatnění výhod při nácviku zásahu bezpečnostních a záchranných sborůpři řešení mimořádné události svelkým počtem raněných a obětí. Pomocí simulátorů lze realizovat konkrétní činnosti a postupy prvků (jednotek) IZS. Vpraktické části je popsán samotný průběh výcviku s využitímjednoho zpracovišť zaměřujících se na výcvik formou simulace. Pro demonstraci využitelnosti simulačních a trenažérových technologií avsouladu s cílibakalářské práce bylo zrealizováno cvičení, jehož součástí je i vypracovaná dokumentace. Cílem cvičení bylo zjistit využitelnost simulačních a trenažérových technologií při nácviku zásahu u mimořádné události svelkým počtemraněných a obětí. Výcvik byl zaměřen na vzájemnou koordinaci prvků IZS a ověření informačního a rozhodovacího procesu jednotlivých skupin cvičení.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the utilization of simulation and training technologies in training of units of the integrated rescue system. The study is focused on description of already developed and in practice used training simulators, various types of simulation, their functionsand implantation of their advantages in practising intervention activities of security and rescue forces in resolving incidents with a large number of wounded and victims. Through the simulators, it is possible to realize actual activities andprocesses of unites in integrated rescue system. In practical part, there is a description of training course in one of the centres focused on training with simulation. To demonstrate the utilization of simulation and training technologies and in accordance with the aim of this thesis, a practical exercise was realized. The elaborated documentation is included as its part. The aim of the exercise was to find out utility of simulation and training technologies in practice of intervention in emergencies with a large number of wounded and victims. The training was concentrated on the mutual coordination of parts in integrated rescue system and verification of information and decision-making process of units in training
