Metody výpočtu hodnoty informace pro modely v rámci hodnocení zdravotnické techniky

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmivyužití hodnot informací vprocesu hodnocení zdravotnické techniky vprostředí České republiky. Cílem je určit, jakým způsobem mohou být hodnoty informací zařazeny do procesu hodnocení, pro jaké studie jsou vhodné anavrhnout strukturu celého procesu tak, aby logicky navazoval a umožnil i prakticky výhodnouprovázanostjednotlivých kroků hodnocení. Práce obsahuje analýzu využití hodnot informací v zahraničí, jak voblasti zdravotnictví, takijiných, na základě čehož je odvozeno jejich potenciální využití pro české zdravotnictví. Tomu jepřizpůsobena obecná struktura procesu hodnocení zdravotnických technologií, kde jsounavrženytři rozšířené modely prozařazení analýz hodnot informací. Práce také popisuje, jakým způsobem může být vyjádřena hodnota informace, pokud nejsou dostupná jednoznačná data o nákladech apřínosech dané technologie. Praktické využití jedemonstrováno vposlední části této práce, kde jeanalýza hodnot informací aplikována na vybranou případovou studii zoblasti hodnocení zdravotnických přístrojů.

This thesis is focused on the possibilities of the use of values of information in the process of assessment of medical technologies in the Czech Republic. The goal is to determine, inwhich way the the values of information could be included into the process of evaluation, for which studies they are suitable and how to design a structure of the whole process inaway that it will properlyfollow and allow practically favourable interconnection ofindividual stages of assessment. The thesis contains an analysis of the use of values of information abroad ?in the area of health care and also in other fieldsón the basis ofwhich are the potential uses in the Czech health care derived. The general structure of the process of assessment of medical technologies is adapted for above mentioned purpose ?three expanded models are suggested for inclusion of values of information analyses. Thethesis describes how the value of information can be expressed if unequivocal data about the costs and benefits of a given technology are not available. The practical use is demonstated in the last chapter where the analysis of values of inf ormation is employed inachosen case study in the area of evaluation of medical devices.
