Vliv mimořádných a zátěžových situací na psychiku člověka

Abstract

ABSTRAKT Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika vlivu mimořádných událostí a krizových situací na psychiku člověka a poskytování psychosociální a posttraumatické péče. Aktuálnost tématu vychází ze současné situace, kdy vzhledem ke společenským a politickým změnám, které se netýkají jen zahraničí, ale i České Republiky, je třeba očekávat, že mimořádné události se v budoucnu nebudou vyskytovat jen ojediněle. Teoretická část práce přináší ucelený pohled na danou problematiku, definuje základní zpracovávané pojmy, jakými jsou: mimořádná událost, integrovaný záchranný systém, krizové situace a jejich působení na psychiku člověka. Poté následuje popis technik zvládání stresu při mimořádných událostech. Práce se dále věnuje problematice krizové intervence, psychosociální pomoci a posttraumatické péči poskytované jednotlivým členům integrovaného záchranného systému. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část. Cílem výzkumu je verifikovat nebo falzifikovat námi naformulované hypotézy a zjistit, jak členové zasahujících složek integrovaného záchranného systému vnímají možnost poskytování posttraumatické intervenční péče a jestli této možnosti využívají a považují ji za přínosnou. Výzkum je vytvořený na základě zpracování výsledků získaných pomocí anonymních dotazníků, které byly distribuované mezi 130 respondentů. Podmínkou výběru respondentů byl služební poměr u Hasičského záchranného sboru České Republiky a Policie České Republiky nebo zaměstnanecký poměr u Zdravotnické záchranné služby v rámci České Republiky. Získaná data jsou v empirické části zpracována ve formě tabulek nebo grafů. V diskuzi je provedena komparace námi zjištěných výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce. Výstupem je zjištění nedostatků a nových potřeb v systému poskytování psychosociální péče u složek integrovaného záchranného systému a návrhy na jejich zlepšení.

ABSTRACT This diploma thesis deals with the impact of emergencies and crisis situations on the human psyche, and with the provision of psycho-social and post-traumatic care. What renders the issues topical is the current situation where--owing to the social and political changes, which do not only apply to foreign countries, but also to the Czech Republic, it may be expected that emergencies will cease to be a rarity in the future. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a consolidated view of the issues at hand, defining the fundamental concepts considered, such as: emergencies, the Integrated Rescue System, crisis situations and their impact on the human psyche. This is followed by an account of techniques to manage stress during emergencies. The thesis also deals with crisis intervention, psycho-social assistance and post-traumatic care provided to individual members of the Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part is followed by research. The aim of the research was to verify or disprove the hypothesis we formulated and conduct a survey as to how members of the intervening units within the Integrated Rescue System view the option of providing post-traumatic intervention care and whether they use and find the option to be useful. The research is based on processing the results obtained from anonymous questionnaires distributed among 130 respondents. In order to take part in the research, the respondents had to be service members of the Fire Rescue Services of the Czech Republic and the Police of the Czech Republic and service members of the Medical Emergency Service within the Czech Republic. The data obtained is presented in the form of tables or charts in the empirical part. The discussion part compares the results we have obtained to those of other researchers. The conclusion summarises the results and goals of the thesis. As its outcome, the thesis identifies certain gaps and new needs in the system of psycho-social services provided to units of the Integrated Rescue System, and proposes ways to address them.
