Příčiny vzniku termických poranění hasičů v souvislosti s likvidací požáru ve vnitřním prostoru

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika vzniku termických poranění zasahujících hasičů ve vnitřním prostoru. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu příčin vzniku těchto poranění s ohledem na jejich rizikovost a závažnost. V teoretické části práce jsou popsána termická poranění vznikající při likvidaci požárů v uzavřeném prostoru a jejich možný výskyt s ohledem na prostředí, ve kterém se zasahující hasiči pohybují. Dále jsou u vybraných typů požárů uvedena nebezpečí, kdy charakteristika události splňuje parametry požáru v uzavřeném prostoru. Charakterizovány jsou formy sdílení tepla působící na hasiče, dynamika požáru s ohledem na nelineární formy hoření a jevy s tím spojené. Je zde představen současný systém odborné přípravy příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR, jako nástroj pro nácvik bezpečných postupů při likvidaci požáru v uzavřeném prostoru. Součástí práce bylo vyhodnocení vybraných dat, získaných při experimentálním měření provedeném ve výcvikovém zařízení simulující reálné podmínky požáru ve Zbirohu. Bakalářská práce obsahuje popis výcvikové zařízení ve Zbirohu a průběh vlastního experimentu. Praktická část práce se zabývá rozborem vzniklých termických poranění při likvidaci požárů v uzavřeném prostoru. Dále analyzuje poranění vzniklá při výcvicích v trenažeru reálných podmínek požáru ve Zbirohu a jejich vzájemnému porovnání. Na závěr jsou v práci diskutovány vybrané naměřené hodnoty získané při experimentálním měření z pohledu ohrožení hasičů termickými účinky.

The Bachelor paper focuses on the issue of thermal injuries of intervening fire fighters in the interior. The paper contains an analysis of causes of occurrence of such injuries with regard to their risks and severity. The theoretical part of the paper describes thermal injuries resulting from an elimination of fires in a confined space and their possible occurrence with regard to the environment in which the intervening fire fighters move. Furthermore, the work determines risks in selected types of fires when the nature of the event fulfils parameters of a fire in a confined space. The forms of heat sharing affecting the fire fighters, dynamics of a fire with regard to nonlinear forms of combustion and related phenomena are characterised here. The paper also introduces current system of professional training of members of the Fire Brigade of CR as a tool for practising safe procedures in elimination of a fire in a confined space. A part of the work was an assessment of collected data, obtained during the experimental measurement carried out in the training centre Zbiroh, simulating real conditions of a fire. The Bachelor work contains description of the training centre Zbiroh and course of the experiment. The practical part of the work deals with an analysis of thermal injuries aroused within an elimination of a fire in a confined space. It furthermore analyses injuries aroused within trainings in the simulator of real conditions of a fire and their mutual comparisons. The conclusion of the paper analyses selected measured values obtained within experimental measurement from the perspective of threat to the fire fighters by thermal effects.
