Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza připravenosti jednotek Hasičského záchranného sboru hlavního města Prahy v oblasti provádění záchranných a likvidačních prací u mimořádných událostí s výskytem nebezpečných chemických, biologických a radioaktivních látek. Mimořádné události tohoto typu jsou v dnešní době zcela ojedinělé, přesto představují výrazné ohrožení bezpečnostní situace a pravděpodobně by si vyžádaly výrazné ztráty na lidských životech. Cílem práce je tedy zjistit aktuální stav materiálního vybavení a teoretických i praktických znalostí a dovedností souvisejících se daným tématem. Pro účely naplnění stanoveného cíle je v úvodní části práce stručně popsána charakteristika chemických, biologických a radioaktivních látek, historický vývoj a následně současná problematika zaměřená především na rizika a hrozby, které tyto látky představují. Pro pochopení celé problematiky jsou v další části práce popsány činnosti jednotek Hasičského záchranného sboru na místě mimořádné události a základní postupy provádění záchranných a likvidačních prací. Samotná analýza je nejprve realizována stanovením a následným potvrzením dvou hypotéz. 1. Jednotky Hasičského záchranného sboru hlavního města Prahy jsou vybaveny věcnými prostředky pro provádění záchranných prací u mimořádných událostí s výskytem chemických, biologických a radioaktivních látek v dostatečném množství i kvalitě. 2. The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of Prague Fire Department readiness in the field of implementation rescue and disposal work in emergencies involving dangerous chemical, biological and radiological substances. The extraordinary events of this type are nowadays quite rare, yet represent a significant threat to the safety situation and probably would have resulted in significant losses of human lives. The aim of the work is therefore to determine the current condition of the material equipment and the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills related to the topic. For the purposes of fulfilment of the specified objectives are in the introductory part of this thesis briefly described characteristics of chemical, biological and radiological substances, their historical development, followed by the current issues with the focus primarily on the risks and threats that these substances pose. For the understanding of the whole topic are in other parts of the work described the activities of Fire Department at the scene of an incident and the basic procedures for conducting rescue and relief tasks. The analysis itself is carried out by establishing and subsequently confirming these two hypotheses: 1. Prague Fire Department units are equipped with material resources for the implementation of the rescue work at emergency incidents with the appearance of chemical, biological and radiological substances in sufficient quantity and quality. 2. Theoretical and practical training of the Prague Fire Department members is, in investigated field, is on high level. These hypotheses are confirmed on the basis of relevant Fire stations equipment analysis and investigation of regular training issued for 2017. With the use of information and knowledge gained during the elaboration of this work is realized SWOT analysis for a comprehensive assessment of the studied field. The conclusions appearing from the confirmation of both hypotheses and the analysis made suggest that, despite the slight deficiencies and the fact that extraordinary events with the occurrence of dangerous chemical, biological and radiological substances are today quite isolated issues, is Prague Fire Department for these cases sufficiently prepared.
