Fyzioterapie po fraktuře proximální části předloketních kostí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti rehabilitační péče po fraktuře proximální části předloketních kostí. V kapitole současný stav jsou obsaženy informace o funkční anatomii horní končetiny, především paže a předloktí, a kineziologii loketního kloubu. Dále jsou zde popsány obecné informace o frakturách a možnostech jejich léčby. Konkrétně jsou zmíněny fraktury proximální části předloketních kostí. V kapitole metodiky práce jsou popsány teoretické možnosti vyšetření a následné rehabilitační terapie, které jsou použity ve speciální části bakalářské práce. Speciální část této bakalářské práce obsahuje kazuistiky čtyř pacientů. Dva pacienti jsou po fraktuře hlavičky radia, kde byla léčba zvolena konzervativní cestou, další dva pacienti jsou po fraktuře olecranonu ulnae, kde byla provedena osteosyntéza. Součástí kazuistik je anamnéza, vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a popis cvičebních jednotek. V další samostatné kapitole jsou výstupní kineziologické rozbory všech pacientů a následné zhodnocení výsledků porovnáním vstupních a výstupních dat. V kapitole diskuze je celkové zhodnocení efektu terapie. V závěru práce je shrnutí stanovených cílů práce.

This bachelor thesis focuses on possibilities of rehabilitation care after a fracture of the proximal part of the forearm bones. In the theoretical part of the thesis, information about the functional anatomy of the upper limb, especially arm and forearm, and kinesiology of the elbow joint is included. Further, general information about fractures and possibilities of their treatment are described. Specifically, fractures of the proximal part of the forearm bones are mentioned. In the chapter about work methodology, theoretical possibilities of an examination and consequential rehabilitation therapy, which were used in the special part of the thesis, are described. The special part of the thesis includes case histories of four patients. Two of the patients are after a fracture of the proximal radius, where the conservative way of treatment was selected and the other two are after a fracture of proximal ulna, where the osteosynthesis was used. Parts of the case histories are: an anamnesis, an initial kinesiology examination, a suggestion of short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan, a description of exercise units and an exit kinesiology examination. In a separate chapter there is an evaluation of the results via initial and exit analysis. In the discussion chapter there is an evaluation of the effects of the therapy. In the conclusion there is an overall summary of the stated goals of the thesis.
