Kompenzační cvičení u horolezců aktivací hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře za účelem úpravy svalových dysbalancí a vadného držení těla u skupiny horolezců. Teoretická část pojednává o hlubokém stabilizačním systému páteře, jeho anatomii a metodách, které s jeho aktivací pracují. Následně tato část obsahuje základní informace o horolezectví, jeho historii, rozdělení disciplín a jsou zde probrány biomechanické aspekty pohybu při sportovním lezení. V metodické části se pojednává o jednotlivých vyšetřovacích metodách, které se využily v části speciální. Část speciální se zaměřuje na terapii skupiny horolezců, u kterých byly vyšetřeny svalové dysbalance a následně vytvořen rehabilitační plán zaměřený na korekci vadného držení těla aktivací hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře. V závěru bakalářské práce je vyhodnocena účinnost kompenzačního cvičení na základě porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru a subjektivního hodnocení jednotlivých probandů.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the effects of activating the deep stabilization system of the spine with the purpose of improving muscle balance and posture in a group of rock climbers. The theoretical part of the text deals with the deep stabilization system, its anatomy, and methods used to activate it. This section then goes on to describe rock climbing, its history and sub-disciplines, as well as the biomechanics of competitive climbing. The methodological outline deals with individual assessment methods which were used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical chapters describe the therapy used on a group of rock climbers found to have muscle imbalances. To that end a physical therapy and exercise plan has been created focusing on correcting faulty posture by activating the deep stabilization system. The conclusion of the bachelor´s thesis analyses the effectiveness of the compensatory exercises based on a comparison between kinaesthetic analysis before and after therapy and subjective evaluation by each participant.
