Návrh strategického plánu podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategického plánu společnosti DATART INTERNATIONAL, a.s. Teoretická část se věnuje strategii, strategickému řízení, tvorbě strategického plánu a také metodám interní a externí analýzy podniku včetně SWOT analýzy. V praktické části se analyzuje současný stav podniku. Tím se rozumí informace o zkoumaném podniku, zpracované strategické analýzy a analýza změn ve vlastnické struktuře podniku. Nejdůležitější částí je návrh vhodných strategií podniku.

The aim of the thesis is to construct a strategic plan for the DATART INTERNATIONAL, JSC. The theory of strategy, strategic management and the construction of strategic plan is discussed in the first part. Additionally, the methods for the internal and external analysis of the company including the SWOT analysis are introduced. In the second part, current conditions of the company are analyzed. We introduce the discussed company and investigate the strategic analyses. Moreover, the study of changes of the structure of owners is shown. In the key part, suitable marketing strategies are suggested.
