eHealth - integrace procesu elektronické ošetřovatelské dokumentace do systému péče o pacienta

Abstract

Práce se věnujeintegraci procesu elektronické ošetřovatelské dokumentace do systému péče o pacienta vÚstřední vojenské nemocnici, jejímž cílem je "Bezpapírová nemocnice". Základním cílem práce je analýza procesu a návrh zefektivnění postupné elektronizace ošetřovatelské dokumentace na oddělení akutních všeobecných interních lůžek ÚVN vPraze. Analýza procesu elektronické ošetřovatelské dokumentace je provedena formou retrospektivní analýzyzpohledu managementu. Zabývá se tím, které důvody vedly krozhodnutí o jejím zavedení v nemocnici, popisemčasové náročnosti daného procesu pro nemocnici a pro oddělení, sumarizacínákladů nemocnice a oddělení na tento modul. Hodnotí náročnost elektronizace ošetřovatelské dokumentace pomocí kvalitativního výzkumného šetření formou dotazníků z pohleduobsluhujícího nelékařského zdravotnického personáluoddělenía pomocístatistické analýzy dostupných dat oddělenísleduje možný vliv na práci při jejím zavádění. Poukazuje na možnosti zálohování, archivaci, přístupnostdat a jejich využití vpraxi ?pro vzájemnou komunikaci nejen vdané nemocnici, ale i mezi jednotlivými zdravotnickými zařízeními. Dále bylo provedeno výzkumné dotazníkové šetření o stavuelektronizace ošetřovatelské dokumentace se zaměřenímna fakultní nemocnice vČR. Analýzou byly nalezeny problematické oblasti, které lze vhodným procesem eliminovat pro lepší efektivitu práce stouto dokumentacívsystému péče o pacienta a pro snazší zapracovánípersonálu, kterémulze takto práci ulehčit. Na základě analýz a komplexního zhodnocení zavedení avyužití elektronizace ošetřovatelské dokumentace je vypracováno doporučení pro zavedení tohoto projektu dodalších nemocnicvČR.

The thesis addresses the integration of the electronic nursing documentation process to the patient care system in the Central Military Hospital (ÚVN), which is aimed at "Paperless Hospital". The basic objective of the thesis is to analyse the process and propose ways to improve the efficiency of gradual electronization of the nursing documentation in the acute general internal ward of ÚVN inPrague. The analysis of the electronic nursing documentation process was carried out as a retrospective analysis in the management's view. It examines the reasons that led to the decision on its introduction in the hospital, describes the time demands of the given process for the hospital and for the ward, and summarises the costs incurred by the hospital and ward in relation with this module. It assesses the demands of electronization of the nursing documentation by means of a qualitative research survey in the form of questionnaires intended for the attending non -medical staff of the ward, and observes a possible effect of its introduction on the work by means of a statistical analysis of the available data of the ward. It refers to backup and archiving facilities, data accessibility and their utilization in practice ?for mutual communication not only in the given hospital but also among individual healthcare facilities. Another questionnaire research survey examined the level of electronization of nursing documentation in university hospitals in the Czech Republic. The analysis revealed problematic areas that can be eliminated by an appropriate process to increase the efficiency of work with this documentation in the patient caresystem and to facilitate initial training of the staff so as to make their work easier. Based on the analyses and the comprehensive evaluation of the introduction and utilization of the nursing documentation electronization, the thesis provides recommendations for introduction of this project in other hospitals in the Czech Republic.
