Zhodnocení probíhajícího projektu v rámci dotačního programu EU

Abstract

Vdiplomové práci bylo provedeno zhodnocení nového projektu podpory prevence onkologických onemocněníse zaměřením na screening karcinomu prsu, cervixu akolorekta. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit nákladovou efektivitu uvedených screeningových programů formou adresného zvaní zpohledu plátce za zdravotní péči, jímž je vtomto případě ZaměstnaneckápojišťovnaŠkoda, a porovnat je svariantou screeningového programu před zahájením tohoto projektu. Zjištěné náklady na jednotlivé screeningové programy byly konfrontovány spotvrzenými efekty vreálné praxi. Současně bylo navrhnuto doporučení, který zuvedených screeningových programů do budoucna zachovatve formě adresného zvaní s ohledem na jeho efektivitu z pohledu ZPŠ.

The diploma thesis is an assessment of a new project promoting the prevention of cancer, with a focus on screening for breast cancer, cervical cancer and colorectal cancer. The aim of this study was to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the above mentioned screening programs in the form of personalized invitations from the point of view of a health care payer, in this case the Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda (ZPŠ) insurance company and compare them with the option of the screening program before starting this project. Identified costs of individual screening programs were confronted with confirmed effects in practice. There was also suggested a recommendation which of these screening programstomaintainin the future inthe form of personalized invitations regarding its efficiency in terms of ZPŠinsurance company
