Všeobecné znalosti příslušníků Policie České republiky v oblasti třídění pacientů při hromadném postižení zdraví

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice třídění raněných metodou START při mimořádné události útok aktivního střelce a to ze strany příslušníků Policie České republiky. Vprvní teoretické části jsou nastíněny základní povinnosti policistů vevztahu kochraně života a zdraví, definice třídění raněných metodou START avneposlední řadě též stručný přehled již provedenýchútoků aktivních střelcůve světě i vČeské republice. Vzávěru první části je výčet provedených metodických či prověřovacích cvičenívČeské republicena tuto mimořádnou událost. Ve druhé části se práce zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením provedeným vřadách policistů kdané problematice, vyhodnocením zjištěných a získaných informací, ověřením cílů práce a stanovenýchhypotéz. Výsledky dotazníkové šetření jsou prezentovány vpsané podobě, vtabulkách a přehledných grafech.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sorting out casualties by the members of the Police of the Czech Republic using the START method in an extraordinary event of an active shooter attack. The first, theoretical part outlines the basic duties of policemen in relation to life and health protection, the definition of sorting out casualties using the START method, as well as abrief overview of the active shooter attacks already committed in the world and in the Czech Republic. In conclusion of the first part, a listing is provided of the methodical or verification drills organized in the Czech Republic in preparation for such extraordinary events. In the second part, the thesis is engaged in a questionnaire survey made among policemen in the subject issue, evaluation of the obtained and learned information, and verification of the thesis objectives and defined hypotheses. The questionnaire survey results are presented in a written form, in charts as well as in well-arranged graphs.
