Možnosti fyzioterapie u geriatrických pacientů s poruchou rovnováhy na základě polyneuropatie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabýváproblematikouporuchy rovnováhy u geriatrických pacientů na základě polyneuropatie. Snaží se nastínit problém zpohledu fyzioterapie. Vobecné části jsou popsány anatomicko-fyziologické a patologickéaspekty dané diagnózy, její diagnostika, vyvolávající faktory a léčba. Do několika kapitol je také shrnutproces stárnutí, jeho fyziologické změny a zásady pro cvičení sgeriatrickými pacienty. Vmetodologické části je popsáno pracoviště, kde vznikala speciální část práce . Jsou zde podrobně vysvětleny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy a metody, které byly použity ve speciální části. Speciální část aplikuje získané teoretické vědomosti vpraxi. Obsahuje vstupní avýstupní vyšetření skupiny tří geriatrických pacientů, a to anamnézu a kineziologický rozbor. Dále pak popis jednotlivých cvičebních jednotek a objektivní zhodnocení účinku cvičení. Vzávěru jsou porovnány výsledky vstupních a výstupních vyšetření, zhodnocení úspěšnosti cvičení a zvolených terapeutických metod. Přílohu práce tvoří fotodokumentace a materiál sesérií cvikůpoužitých při cvičení.

This thesis deals with balance disorders in elderly patients based onpolyneuropathy. Trying to outline the problem from the perspective of physiotherapy. In the general section the anatomical, physiological and pathological aspects of given diagnosis, its diagnostics, precipitating factors and the treatment are described. In several chapters the aging process, the physiological changes and principles fortraining with geriatric patients are summarized. The methodological section describes workplace where the practical part ot the thesis was created. In this part the investigative and therapeutic procedures and methods that were used in a practical section are explained in detail. Practical section applies theoretical knowledge in practice. It contains entry and exit examinations of three geriatric patients together with their medical history and k inesiology analysis. Further the description of individual exercise units and obj ective evaluation oftheeffect of exercising. In conclusion the results of entry and exit examinations are compared, evaluating the success of the exercise and the selected therapeutic methods. Attachment of thesis consists of photographs and material with a series of exercises used during exercise .
