Abstract

ILéčení skoliózy dětí pomocí ortéz Souhrn: Práce je věnována problematice skoliotického postižení a jeho léčbě konzervativní metodou. Pro léčbu konzervativní metodou se používají trupové ortézy, které zabraňují zhoršení patologického zakřivení páteře. V prvním tématickém okruhu se seznamujeme s anatomickým popisem páteře. Další část je zaměřena na pojem skolióza, průběh vyšetření a na následnou léčbu této deformity. Pacienti jsou léčeni korzety typu Černý nebo Cheneau, ale novinkou je ortéza ze tří rigidních částí. Zpracovaná data pacientů pomáhají zjistit, zda je předpokládaný a skutečný průběh léčby srovnatelný. Poslední bod této práce je zaměřen na postup výpočtu působení ortézy na páteř pacienta a následné vytvoření programu pro tento výpočet.

The study is focused on the problems of scoliosis deformity and its treatment by using the conservative method. Using the conservative method involves the utilization of the help braces which prevent the spinal curve from the deterioration of scoliosis in time. In the first topical area we acquaint with the anatomic description of a spinal column. The next part is focused on the explanation of what does the term'scoliosis? exactly means, its investigation and the treatment of its deformity. Patients are usually treated by two types of braces - Cerny or Cheneau, but now we can also use a new type - the brace made from three rigid parts. The processed data help us to discover whether the presumptive and then the real impact of the treatment correspond to each other. The last point of this work is oriented on a calculation technique for recognizing what is the real effect of the brace on the patient's spinal column, and the program which was created for this calculation follows
