Fototerapie

Abstract

Práce se zabývá fototerapiia laseroterapii. Popisuje jaké přístroje (pro fototerapii, ale především laserové) se používají vsoučasné medicíně, jejich technické parametry a také bezpečnostní zásady pro práci s nimi. Začátek práce je pojat ve formě shrnutí informací týkajících se historie fototerapie a laseroterapie. Cílem bylo vytvořit seznam událostí, které se váží kobjevu laseru -laserového světla a sestavit ucelený soupis těchto mezníků. Také je zde část, která se zabývá využitím laserových přístrojů voblasti terapie. Významným oddílem je ?Interakce záření stkání (optické a tepelné účinky), která blíže popisuji mimo jiné teplotní odezvu tkáně. V experimentální části práce bylo úkolem stanovit teplotní odezvu tkáně po interakci s laserovým zářením. Teplotní odezva tkáně byla zjišťována na základě dvou experimentů. Prvním experimentem bylo stanovení teplotní odezvy pomocí zařízení CleverTech 2007 od firmy Clever Technologies s.r.o. s termistorovým čidlem. Naměřené údaje byly srovnávány svýsledky pořízenými pomocí termokamery. Druhým experimentem bylo zjištění odezvy tkáně za pomoci zařízení stermočlánkovým teplotním čidlem. Výsledky všech měření a jejich hodnocení jsou publikovány v této práci.

The work deals with phototherapy and laser therapy. It describes apparatus (forthephototherapy, but above all laser) which are used in the current medicine, their technical parameters as well as safety principles for the work with them. The beginning of the work is conceived asa summary ofinformation which is concernedthehistory of the phototherapy and the laser therapy. The aim was a creation of list events which are related to the discovery of the laser -laser light, and a composition ofthecomprehensive schedule of these terminuses. There is also a part that is about the improvement ofthelaser apparatuses in the branch of the therapy. The important part is "The interaction of the radiation withthetissues" (the optical and thermal effects) which more closely describes the thermal response of the tissue. In experimental part of the work it was the objectiveto determine the thermal response of the tissue after an interaction with the laser radiation. The thermal response of the tissue wasfound out on the basis of two experiments. The assessment of the thermal response by the help of the apparatus CleverTech 2007 by firm Clever Technologies Ltd with a thermistor sensor was the first experiment. The measured data were compared with results which were recorded by the thermocamera. The finding of the response of the tissue with the help of theapparatus with a thermocouple thermal sensor was the second experiment. The results of allmeasurements and their classification are published in this work.
