Analýza omítek a zdiva objektů biskupské residence, Dómský pahorek, Litoměřice.

Abstract

Dómský pahorek v Litoměřicích je tvořen souborem historicky cenných objektů. Část objektu je v současnosti ve špatném stavebně technickém stavu a vyžaduje provedení sanačních prací. První část bakalářské práce pojednává o historii pahorku s akcentem na stavební dějiny a uvádí také příčiny současného stavu včetně záměru obnovovacích prací. Experimentální část zahrnuje analýzu omítek a zdiva vybraných objektů v blízkosti areálu biskupské rezidence za účelem zjištění míry a stanovení příčin jejich poškození. Laboratorní analýza prokázala vysoké koncentrace některých iontů poukazujících na předchozí využití objektů. Získaná data mají posloužit při tvorbě stavebně technického a stavebně historického průzkumu a také při návrhu sanačních opatření.

"Dómský pahorek" located in Litoměřice, consists of a group of buildings of historical value. Today, some of the buildings are in bad technical conditions and require conservation with respect to retain their cultural significance. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the history of "Dómský pahorek" with the emphasis on the history of buildings works and methods. In this section, the reasons for the present state of examined buildings are introduced together with intended restoration, reconstruction and adaptation objectives. The experimental part of the thesis comprises in-situ and laboratory analyses of renders and masonry materials extracted from chosen buildings in the proximity to bishop's residence. Performed laboratory analyses yielded the high concentration of inorganic salts in the tested specimens that made possible to identify historical use of buildings. The obtained data will be used as a part of technical-construction condition survey and construction-historical condition survey of buildings "Dómský pahorek". Moreover, it will find use also in design of conservation works.
