Projekt administrativní budovy v Polsku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést předběžný návrh konstrukcí administrativní budovy z hlediska stavební fyziky a statiky a zhotovení vybraných částí projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Textová část práce se zaměřuje na konstrukční a materiálový návrh stavby, návrh a posouzení obalových konstrukcí z hlediska šíření tepla a vodní páry, předběžný statický posudek nosných konstrukcí a schodiště a posouzení vybraných konstrukcí z hlediska jejich akustické izolace. Výkresová část obsahuje vybrané části projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení, návrh podzemního podlaží, které slouží pro parkování osobních automobilů a pro umístění technického zázemí budovy, a konstrukční řešení některých stavebních detailů.

Purpose of this bachelor thesis is to make preliminary structure design of an administrative building in terms of building physics and statics and to make chosen parts of building permit technical documentation. Text part focuses on construction and material design of the building, design and assessment of building envelope constructions in terms of heat transfer and water vapor migration, preliminary static report of supporting structure and staircase and chosen structures assessment in term of their soundproofing and acoustic insulation. Second part contains chosen parts of building permit technical documentation, design of underground floor that is used for car parking and location of building's mechanical room and structural design of some building details.
