Stavebně tehnologický projekt - Bytový areál "Viladomy Dubeč" - Budova C

Abstract

V předložené bakalářské práci autor se zabývá převážně řešením prostorové, technologické a časové struktury výstavby objektu. Autor začíná posouzením úplnosti a správnosti převzaté projektové dokumentace a návrhem alternativních řešení. Dalším bodem této práce je rozdělení procesu výstavby na jednotlivé technologické etapy a určení prostorového řešení stavby. Dále se autor věnuje zpracování technologického normálu, který bude sloužit jako podklad pro vypracování časoprostorového grafu a harmonogramu stavby. Při tvorbě časoprostorového grafu autor využívá nejen teoretických ukazatelů pracnosti, ale zároveň přizpůsobuje průběh výstavby skutečným podmínkám. Důležitým bodem po vypracování časové struktury je znázornění kritické cesty v harmonogramu projektu a určení hlavních časových milníků. Součásti této práce bude řešení zařízení staveniště pro jednotlivé fáze výstavby a dva technologické předpisy pro zdění příček a instalaci výtahu.

In the presented bachelor thesis, the author deals mainly with the solution of the spatial, technological and time structures of constructing the building. The author starts by assessing the completeness and correctness of the project and the proposals of alternative solutions. Another point of the thesis lies in the division of the construction process into individual technological stages and the pinpointing of the spatial solution of the construction. Furthermore, the author deals with the processing of technological norms, which will serve as a basis for the elaboration of a time-space graph and time schedule of the building. In the process of creating a time-space graph, the author uses not only theoretical indicators of laboriousness, but also adapts the course of construction to real conditions. After the processing of time structure comes the representation of the critical process of the project schedule and the pinpointing of main time milestones. Part of this work will be the solution of equipment of the construction site for the individual phases of construction and two technological regulations for the construction of the vapor barrier for the installation of the lift.
