Hagibor

Abstract

Projektovaná oblast se nachází ve Strašnicích na Praze 6 - v areálu Hagibor, původně pojmenovanému na počest sportovního centra ŽSK Hagibor, a hraničí s ulicemi Vinohradská, Počernická a Izraelská na severu. Tato oblast se nachází mezi třemi hřbitovy, blízko budovy Rádia Svobody a stanice metra Želivského, a v dnešní době je ve velmi zanedbaném stavu - užívaná pouze jako místo kočovných cirkusů a šapitó a tím přináší velkou disharmonii a nerovnováhu pro obyvatele městké části Prahy 10. Diplomová práce pokračuje a rozvíjí myšlenku a koncepci práce předdiplomové - obytnná oblast s různými funkcemi a službami v přízemí. Architektonicky detailně propracovaná je dominanta této oblasti - víceúčelové centrum (komplex), které se skládá z hotelu, welness (lázně), sportovních středisek a služeb. Jedno z nejdůležitějších ůkolů, je zprojektování (navržení) oblasti vnítřního "dvora" - park, který se nachází mezi administrativními a obytnými budovami, zahrnující pěší zónu, veřejné prostory, zeleň, oblast pro rekreaci s vodní plochou a také kulturní centrum pro děti. Diplomová práce obsahuje koncepci prostorového a funkčního usořádání oblasti celého Hariboru, podporuje to a obnovuje ekologickou situaci oblastí okolo a také to vytváří centrum zájmu veřejnosti.

Projected area is located in Prague 6 - Strašnice, in the Hagibor aria, originally named in honor of sport complex (centre) ŽSK Hagibor, and bounded by streets Vinohradská, Počernická and Izraelská on the North. The plot (projected area) is situated in the area of three cemeteries, next to the Radio Svoboda building and Želivského metro station, and in these days the area is in a very neglected state (condition), it is used only as a place for arranging nomadic circuses and shapito and brings disharmony and disbalance to the development of the Prague 10 district. The diploma thesis continues to develop the idea and the conception of pre-diploma - the residential area with various functions and services on the ground floor. Architecturally detailed is elaborated the dominant of the area - multifunctional centre, which consists from hotel, welness spa, sport institutions, service. One of the most important tasks, is the design of an intra-yard space - the park, located between the office and residentinal buildings complex, also as pedestrial area, public areas, greenery and zone for recreation with water surfaces and also cultural centre for children. The diploma thesis contains the conception of spatial and functional location of the whole Haribor area, it supports and updates the ecological situation of nearby area, and also creates a centre of public attraction.
